Proste Wnętrze patronem medialnym międzynarodowej konferencji Leaders in Architecture

"The mother art is architecture. Without an architecture of our own we have no soul of own civilization" - Frank Lloyd Wright

Warsaw set for an explosion of architecture!

The capital of Poland is all set for the biggest architecture and design “renaissance” it has have ever seen. According to The Global Construction 2020 report, worldwide construction is set to grow from $7.2 trillion to over $12 trillion over the next 6 years. Poland, Russia and some of the neighbouring countries, as well as the B.R.I C. countries are reported as the countries that will see the largest amount of this growth in the next decade. The International Monetary Fund says that Poland was one of the fastest-growing economies worldwide pre-crisis and the fastest-growing economy in post-crisis Europe. This can be confirmed by the “Poland 2025”report. The report, which was written by McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, says: “Over the last 25 years, the Polish economy doubled in size, as measured in terms of real GDP.”
With these industry trends, it is vital that businesses increase their knowledge and network of the region to prosper from these dramatic changes or fall behind and watch the other businesses who do. This is the reason why over 300 C- level architects, interior designers and government entities, representing over 30 countries of the CEE & CIS region, have jointly decided to convene to discuss how to best optimize and capitalize on this prospective growth. This meeting will take place on the 1-2 June at the “Leaders in Architecture CEE/CIS” summit, taking place in Warsaw, Poland. It will be the first time in Poland’s history that such a large number of high-profile representatives, of the world’s biggest architectural firms, will be under the same roof to discuss the future of Poland’s cities and buildings.
The topics that will be discussed at the summit were formulated by asking the industry professionals about the issues they were facing and solutions they were actively searching for, as well as new concepts, innovations and information that would empower their business. These ideas and strategies will help transform Poland’s status as one of the world’s most advanced economies, and maybe even a top tourist destination.

“The CEE region will continue to offer opportunities for both local and international groups to engage and collaborate on increasingly complex projects involving urban regeneration and post-industrial remediation.” – Monika Laudencka – Sobik, Director|ARB |RIBA
